Here is how this works. When you book the consult, your lab requisition is sent immediately through your Healthie portal. Complete your blood draw at a Quest Diagnostics location before your appointment. Results come to Dr. Stacey before you sit down together. You arrive with your data. You leave with a clinical next step. If you have recent labs from the past 6 to 12 months that cover these markers, bring them. We work with what you have.
This panel gives Dr. Stacey enough of a clinical picture to identify which direction your pattern is pointing and whether additional testing is needed before a pathway is confirmed. Some women leave the consult with a clear pathway. Others leave with a direction and a plan for the next step.
Your pattern points clearly to one pathway. The baseline data is sufficient to begin. Dr. Stacey initiates the clinical plan from the consult and pathway-specific testing is ordered as needed within the program.
Your pattern is complex or overlapping. Dr. Stacey will recommend specific advanced testing from The Neuroaesthetic MD Lab Shop before confirming the pathway. You leave knowing exactly what is needed and why.

Based on your pattern and your labs, Dr. Stacey will recommend one of three Reset Clinical Pathways. Each one is a 21-day program paired with three months of physician-supervised clinical care including HRT management when indicated.

Yes. Clinical care requires you to be physically located in California, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Ohio, Texas, or Virginia at the time of your appointment. If you are outside these states you can still take the free quizzes and access educational content on the site.
Bring them. If your labs from the past 6 to 12 months include the markers we need, Dr. Stacey will work with what you have. If they do not cover the full picture, we will order what is missing. Either way the $497 includes the lab panel if needed.
Clinical care starts here. This is a physician visit that establishes your doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Stacey Denise through SDM Medical PLLC. Labs are ordered. A clinical picture begins. If you move into a Reset Clinical Pathway, the consult fee is absorbed into the pathway price.
Possibly. If your symptom pattern and your history make a clinical intervention appropriate before labs return, Dr. Stacey may initiate treatment at the consult. Most prescription decisions happen after labs are reviewed because the data matters to getting it right.
