Right to File a Complaint: If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.

Telehealth-Specific Privacy Considerations

When you receive care via telehealth:

Video and audio sessions are transmitted using encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platforms

You must be physically located in Texas or Ohio at the time of service

Session recordings are not made unless you provide explicit consent

Your device and internet connection security are your responsibility

Text Messaging, Mobile Information & Privacy

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from Dr. Stacey Denise | The Neuroaesthetic MD™ (SDM Medical PLLC), we may send appointment reminders, service-related messages, and educational or promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
