Digital Products, Guides, and Downloads
Due to the immediate, accessible nature of digital products (including but not limited to the 14-Day Saboteur Tracker, e-guides, digital assessments, and PDF downloads), all sales of digital products are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered to your email or client portal, the transaction is complete and cannot be returned.

Telemedicine Consultations & Clinical Care Programs
Payment for all telemedicine consultations and clinical care programs is due at the time of booking. When you schedule a visit, that clinical time is specifically reserved for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time may be refunded or moved to a new date at our discretion.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.

Completed Services: Once a telemedicine visit has been completed, fees for that visit or program are non-refundable, except in cases of documented billing errors.

Laboratory Testing & Panels
For consultations that include a baseline lab panel (such as the Sleep Foundations Visit), the lab portion of the fee becomes entirely non-refundable once the lab requisition order has been submitted to the testing facility or the blood draw has been completed.

Medications and Third-Party Fees
Any medication costs or pharmacy fees are handled separately by the dispensing pharmacy. These costs are not billed by, nor can they be refunded by, our practice.

Refund Processing
Any approved refund (such as a timely clinical cancellation) will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
