Fuel and Be Fierce is a 3-month physician-led clinical pathway for women navigating bloating, food reactions, histamine sensitivity, brain fog, skin changes, menopause weight shifts, hormone questions and metabolic strain. The education tools support the clinical work we do together across the full 90 days.
This pathway is not for the woman who just started paying attention to her gut. This is for the woman whose body started reacting differently and nobody in her medical history connected it to what was happening hormonally.
The goal is not to make you follow a perfect food plan. The goal is to help you understand what your body is reacting to, what may be driving the pattern and how to rebuild steadier energy, clearer thinking and more confidence with food.
Wine, leftovers, fermented foods, spinach, avocado or meals that used to be easy may now leave you bloated, flushed, foggy, itchy, anxious or wiped out. This pathway helps identify the pattern instead of leaving you to guess.
You want steadier energy through the day, clearer thinking and fewer crashes after meals. Fuel and Be Fierce looks at gut-brain signaling, metabolic health, hormone transition and inflammation as one connected system.
Breakouts, bloating, mood shifts, weight changes and unpredictable cycles are not always separate problems. This pathway helps connect the signals so your care plan can match the full pattern.
Because your gut does not operate independently of your hormones. Your gut microbiome helps influence how your body processes and recirculates estrogen. When that system is disrupted by stress, antibiotics or the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, the effects can show up in mood, skin, sleep, weight and energy.
This pathway addresses the gut as part of the hormone system. Not just digestion. Not just inflammation. The full picture of what your gut may be signaling to your hormones and how hormonal shifts may be affecting your gut.
Dr. Stacey Denise observed four patterns through which gut disruption tends to show up in perimenopause. Each one reflects a different point in the gut-hormone system. Most women have a dominant pattern. Finding yours is the clinical starting point.
Foods that used to be completely fine are now starting wars. Wine. Leftover chicken. Spinach. Your body changed the rules and nobody told you. This is not a food allergy. It is a histamine tolerance shift driven by changes in your gut environment - and it is clinical, not imaginary.
Your gut microbiome helps influence estrogen metabolism, including how estrogen is processed, recirculated and cleared. When that system is disrupted, symptoms can feel confusing and disconnected from standard hormone conversations. This is one gut-hormone connection that is often missed.
Much of the body's serotonin activity is connected to the gut. When the gut is disrupted, mood, anxiety, motivation and emotional regulation can shift too. The anxiety that arrived alongside the bloating may be part of the same body pattern signaling in two different languages.
Your skincare routine has not changed, but your skin has. Breakouts in your 40s that you never had in your 20s. Inflammation, dullness and reactivity. The answer may not be only a better serum. The gut-skin axis can connect microbiome shifts, inflammation and skin barrier changes. What is happening on your skin may be connected to what is happening in your gut.
The Fuel and Be Fierce education layer supports your 3-month clinical pathway. It gives you food, gut, histamine, estrobolome and gut-brain tools to work with at a pace that matches your body while Dr. Stacey manages the clinical side.
Gut Saboteur identification, food reactivity tracking, gut-hormone education, anti-inflammatory nutrition tools, histamine load awareness, estrobolome support foods, gut-skin axis education, serotonin-gut-brain connection, microbiome rebuilding and supplement layering when appropriate.
One 30-minute physician visit per month with Dr. Stacey Denise across the 3-month pathway. Labs reviewed. Clinical picture built visit by visit. You are not interpreting results alone.
Two 15-minute drop-in sessions per month between full visits. For reactions you did not expect, adjustments that need attention or clinical questions that cannot wait for the next full appointment.
Labs are included at the beginning and end of the pathway so care is not based on guesswork. Gut, metabolic and inflammatory markers ordered as the clinical picture develops.
Hormone therapy may be prescribed, coordinated and adjusted when clinically appropriate. Patients are not required to use hormones to participate in the pathway. This pathway can also include non-hormonal strategies, supplements, nutrition tools, lifestyle medicine and metabolic support.
Secure messaging through Healthie with 24 to 48 hour response during the pathway. You are not navigating food reactions and protocol adjustments without clinical support between appointments.
The Reset Foundations Consult is the clinical entry point. The full pathway is confirmed from there. Consult fee absorbed into pathway price if you enroll within 30 days.
Labs are ordered. Your Gut Saboteur pattern, food reactions, bloating pattern, hormone questions and metabolic signals are mapped. You begin tracking what your body is responding to so we can stop guessing.
Your second visit reviews symptoms, labs and response. We refine nutrition tools, histamine load support, estrobolome support, supplement layering and hormone care when appropriate.
Your third visit reviews what changed, what still needs attention and what supports your next phase. The goal is a clearer food plan, steadier daily energy, better language for your gut-hormone pattern and a clinical record you can carry forward.
No surprises. Here is exactly what is in the pathway and what sits outside it.
“You leave with clearer language for your gut-hormone pattern, a food strategy that fits your body and a clinical record you can carry forward.”
Start With the Foundations ConsultEach Reset pathway is entered based on your dominant pattern, not in a fixed order. Gut Reset addresses the estrobolome, histamine reactivity, and the metabolic-inflammatory picture. If stress architecture or sleep disruption are also present, those pathways are available based on what your clinical picture calls for next. Ongoing hormone management continues through the Hormone Membership after any Reset pathway.
Graduates who want to continue clinical oversight join the Hormone Membership. Quarterly visits, lab monitoring, and ongoing hormone management on a recurring basis. Your clinical relationship continues without restarting from zero.
The Color Reset Clinical Pathway addresses stress architecture, the HPA axis, and nervous system regulation through the Color Archetype framework. Entered when stress dysregulation is the dominant clinical picture.
The Sleep Reset Clinical Pathway addresses the five Sleep Saboteur patterns: progesterone, estradiol, testosterone, cortisol and melatonin as the sleep hormones. Entered when sleep disruption is the dominant clinical picture.
If you already know one pathway is not enough, Silver Goddess may be the better fit. Instead of choosing stress, gut or sleep first, the Silver Goddess Year of Care sequences all three across 12 months with physician-led care, labs, hormone support when clinically appropriate, drop-ins and ongoing clinical oversight.
Explore Silver GoddessBrilliant. Dismissed. Her gut, her mood, her skin and her hormones all signaling at once, while each symptom was treated as a separate problem. Nobody connected the dots. Nobody had the time.
The Gut Reset Clinical Pathway exists because the gut-hormone connection is real, clinical and often missed. This care model looks at food reactions, histamine load, estrogen metabolism, gut-brain signaling, metabolic health and hormone transition as one connected pattern.
