Labs are ordered through Quest Diagnostics and Rupa Health based on clinical need. Your onboarding panel is reviewed before your first deep-dive consultation. Quarterly panels track how your biology responds to the protocol across the year. Labs are included in your enrollment; advanced functional panels ordered as the clinical picture develops are billed at published Rupa Health prices.

On Specialty Therapeutics
Silver Goddess enrollment covers your clinical management, advanced labs, wearable technology, BHRT prescribing and physician access. It does not bundle specialty therapeutics because every patient's protocol is different.
GLP-1 medications and regenerative peptides are prescribed based on your specific lab data and clinical picture. When indicated, they are ordered through vetted compounding pharmacy partners and billed directly at pharmacy cost. You pay for exactly what your biology requires, nothing more.
Dr. Stacey will discuss which specialty therapeutics, if any, are appropriate for your protocol during your onboarding consultation and deep-dive reviews across the year.

We begin with your onboarding lab panel, wearable device setup and nervous system baseline. Color Archetype mapping, HPA axis assessment and stress physiology are the first layer because your nervous system sets the context for everything that follows.

4 quarterly 60-minute deep-dive consultations. 8 monthly titration check-ins at 15 to 20 minutes. Less than 24-hour concierge messaging response, Monday through Friday, via secure Healthie portal.
Advanced Lab Panel
Comprehensive onboarding panel plus quarterly metabolic and hormone reviews across the year. Ordered through Quest Diagnostics and Rupa Health. Labs are reviewed at each deep-dive consultation.
BHRT Management
Custom bioidentical hormone formulation, titration and ongoing refinement across all four quarters. Prescriptions coordinated through vetted compounding pharmacy partners. Medication costs billed at pharmacy cost.
Welcome Box

Genomic Panel

I built this because

Silver Goddess is built and led exclusively by me. I am Dr. Stacey Denise, board-certified surgeon and women's longevity physician. I have been practicing menopause medicine with a nervous-system-first lens because I kept seeing the same woman: brilliant, already doing everything right, still not getting the answers her biology deserved.
Menopause is not a deficiency state to be managed. It is a biological transition that, with the right clinical architecture, can become the foundation for the strongest decade of your life. That is what this year is designed to build.

Silver Goddess is a 12-month clinical container. Near the end of your year, eligible patients may transition into Tier 3 Concierge Membership for ongoing hormone management, quarterly lab review, protocol refinement and continued concierge access. Membership transition is discussed during your Phase 4 consultations based on your clinical picture and care needs.
Concierge Membership is not available as a standalone enrollment. It is available only to Silver Goddess graduates and pathway graduates meeting clinical criteria. Continuity of care is discussed during your year, not at the end of it.
Clinical care is provided after formal intake establishes a doctor-patient relationship. Hormone therapy may be prescribed, coordinated and adjusted when clinically appropriate. GLP-1 medications, regenerative peptides, specialty therapeutics, advanced functional labs and compounding pharmacy costs are billed separately at cost and are not included in the Silver Goddess enrollment fee.
