The Perimenopause Weight Release Method™

Your body changed. Your clothes don't fit. Nothing you try is working.

Your metabolism is responding to hormone shifts, sleep disruption, and years of stress. This is not a willpower problem.

Designed for women navigating perimenopause who want answers, not another diet.

IS THIS YOU?

When weight gain is not “just getting older”

By the time women find me, most have tried cutting carbs, skipping meals, or pushing through another bootcamp. Their body just whispers “no.”

Common patterns I see:

  • Your waistline changed quickly in your 40s, even when your habits did not
  • Your doctor says “lose weight and exercise more,” but offers no real plan
  • You feel puffy, inflamed, bloated, or “swollen” most days
  • You wake up tired, crash mid afternoon, and graze all evening
  • You are worried about diabetes, blood pressure, or heart disease in your family
  • GLP 1 medications are on your radar, but you want guidance, not a random script

If this sounds familiar, you are not lazy. Your metabolism is responding to hormone shifts, sleep disruption, and years of stress.

WHAT WE WORK ON TOGETHER

What the Perimenopause Weight Release Method™ focuses on

This is not about chasing a goal weight. It is about rebuilding metabolic safety so your nervous system, hormones, and muscles can work together again.

  • Menopause specific metabolic assessment, including insulin resistance and inflammation risk
  • A realistic, nervous system aware nutrition plan that does not punish you for being tired
  • Gentle movement strategy that protects muscle and joints while improving glucose control
  • Sleep and stress regulation so your body stops clinging to weight for “protection”
  • Education and supervision around GLP 1 medications when appropriate, never as a stand alone quick fix
  • Clear, written steps so you know what to change first, second, and next

HOW THE METHOD UNFOLDS

How the 12 week Weight Release Method works

You can keep this fairly simple on the page so Vivienne does not drown in process:

  • Weeks 1–4: Stabilize and listen
We map your symptoms, labs, and daily rhythms. You start a gentle metabolic reset focused on blood sugar, inflammation, and sleep supported eating.
  • Weeks 5–8: Calibrate metabolism and movement
We refine your nutrition plan, adjust timing and protein, and layer in sustainable movement. If GLP 1 therapy is appropriate, this is where we fold it in with tight safety and support.
  • Weeks 9–12: Integrate and protect your gains
We practice real life, not perfection. Travel, stress weeks, and social eating all get baked into your plan so you are not undone by one busy season.

All of this is delivered through Group, VIP, or Concierge tiers so you can choose how closely you want me walking beside you.

Is this kind of care really worth it?

Most of us were trained to treat health like a utility bill. Insurance decides what is “necessary,” visits are rushed, and no one tells you the real cost until a statement arrives months later.

This model is different:

  • You see your investment up front. No surprise bills.
  • You work with one physician who knows your story, your labs, and your nervous system pattern.
  • You walk away with skills and data you keep, long after the program ends.

If you have spent years cycling through prescriptions, sleepless nights, and “everything looks fine” visits, it is reasonable to ask whether trying another approach is worth it. This page exists to show you that there is a path, a structure, and a clear timeline for feeling different in your own body.

FAQ Section

A: No. We focus on improving sleep, energy, insulin sensitivity, and inflammation first. Weight release often follows, but the main success markers are how you feel and what your labs show.

A: No. GLP 1s are one tool, not the center of this method. Some women will use them with careful monitoring, others will not. We decide together based on your history, labs, and nervous system capacity.

A:

Yes for VIP and Concierge. Two to three lab panels are included in the VIP Metabolic Program, and additional panels are bundled into the Concierge Year of Care. Group clients can order labs a la carte or through their local doctor.

A: I do not bill insurance directly. Most insurance plans do not pay for 90-minute menopause consults, deep lifestyle work, or wearable guided care. They are designed for short, problem focused visits.

Instead, I work on a direct pay model. You know the exact investment up front, and I am able to spend the time needed to understand your sleep, hormones, and metabolism without rushing.

You can still use your insurance for medications, imaging, and many labs. When appropriate, I order tests or send visit notes to your primary care doctor or OB-GYN so they can run items through your insurance.

A: The current healthcare system spends an enormous amount of money on administrative layers. That is part of why office visits are often 7–15 minutes and centered on a prescription or referral instead of a full conversation.

To practice in a different way, I stepped outside that system. Direct pay lets me:

  • Spend 90 minutes with you at the start
  • Review your history, sleep data, and labs in detail
  • Design a clear plan instead of chasing quick fixes

It is a different model than traditional insurance based care. Some women use their insurance for standard care and work with me as their specialist guide for menopause sleep and metabolic support.

A: Many women use HSA or FSA funds for visits with me, but every plan is different. I can provide a detailed receipt with medical codes that you can submit to your plan for possible reimbursement. I cannot guarantee coverage, and payment is due at the time of service.

A: This track is not appropriate for women who want a quick fix, are unable to engage in any lifestyle changes at this time, or need in person, high frequency medical monitoring. If we discover you need a different level of care, I will help you find the right setting.

Still unsure which path is right for you? The Deep Dive Consult is where we figure it out together.
