This is not a quick prescription visit. It is a focused 12 week container where we treat sleep as the gateway to everything else.

What we actually change together

Across 12 weeks we build a practical, science based sleep plan that matches your nervous system, not someone else’s ideal schedule. Depending on your pattern, we may work on:

  • Sleep architecture reset: Timing of sleep, light, food, and movement so your body stops thinking midnight is noon.
  • Hormone and stress patterns: Estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, thyroid, and insulin patterns that sabotage deep sleep.
  • Night sweats and temperature swings: Strategies for hot flash nights, bedding and bedroom tweaks, and medical options when needed.
  • Sensory load and overstimulation: Screen habits, noise, light, and routines that keep autistic and sensitive brains “on” all night.
  • Evening rituals that actually work: Simple, repeatable routines that signal safety to your body instead of more pressure to “sleep better.”

You leave with clear instructions, not a vague “try to relax.”

How it Works

How the Deep Sleep Method is delivered

Every version of this program combines three ingredients:

  1. Medical clarity
    Your Deep Dive Consult and labs show us what your hormones, sleep-stress system, and metabolism are actually doing, so we are not guessing.
  2. Coaching and community
    You are not doing this alone at 2 a.m. Weekly contact points, gentle accountability, and a calm community keep you moving without shame.
  3. Wearable guided care
    For VIP and Concierge tiers, we use devices like Oura, CGM, and bioimpedance scales to translate your data into simple “here is what to do this week” instructions.

Exact frequency and intensity depend on the tier you choose below.

Every path begins with the 90 minute Deep Dive Menopause Consult. From there, we decide together which tier fits your nervous system, your schedule, and your financial reality.

Group Coaching

Structured support in community, without 1:1 access.

Best for:
Women who want a clear plan, weekly guidance, and a small group of peers, but do not need intensive one to one care.

What is included:
• 12 weeks of 90 minute live group medical coaching calls focused on sleep disruption and perimenopause patterns
• Access to the Perimenopause Deep Sleep Method™ curriculum and digital sleep tools
• Stepwise protocols for sleep, stress regulation, and bedtime rituals you can actually follow
• Skool community access for Q&A, replay library, and gentle accountability during your program

Not Included:

  • No private messaging or 1:1 medical visits
  • Labs and wearable devices are not included at this tier.
  • You can add them a la carte or upgrade to VIP if deeper clinical work becomes appropriate.

Capacity is limited to about 50 women per quarter (no more than 200 per year) so the group stays calm and contained. 

Investment: $2,997 for 12 weeks.

VIP

Intensive, physician led care focused on your sleep pattern.

Best for:

Women whose sleep has fully collapsed, who are juggling complex stress, metabolic shifts, or neuroaffirming needs, and who want direct access to you during the program.

What is included:

  • Everything in Group Medical Coaching, plus
  • 3 private telehealth visits with Dr. Stacey: intake, mid program, and end of program review
  • Personalized protocol integrating hormones, medications, supplements, and lifestyle medicine as appropriate
  • Two to three lab panels ordered and paid for by Dr. Stacey through Rupa, bundled into your program price
  • Wearable guided care for sleep, including an Oura Ring, bioimpedance scale, and Lumen device, all included and set up together
  • Secure messaging during the 12 weeks for quick questions and course corrections

Enrollment is limited to about 30 VIP sleep clients per quarter so care stays personal.

Investment: $9,997 for 12 weeks.

Concierge Year of Care

Both sleep and metabolic restoration with one physician for a full year.

Best for:

Women who know they need more than a single round of care and want one trusted doctor walking with them through a year of hormonal, metabolic, and nervous system transition.

What is included:

  • Both the Perimenopause Deep Sleep Method™ and the Perimenopause Weight Release Method™, sequenced over 12 months
  • 10 to 12 private 1:1 telehealth visits across the year
  • Weekly group medical coaching calls during the sleep and metabolic phases
  • Four to eight lab panels over the year, ordered and paid for by Dr. Stacey through Rupa, already built into the program price
  • Full wearable suite integrated across sleep and metabolic phases, with ongoing review of your data and gentle dashboards
  • Secure weekly messaging during active phases so you are not left on your own between visits

Concierge care is limited to 20 women per year to protect depth and attention.

A: No. Your only decision right now is whether you are ready for a thorough, 90 minute look at your sleep and perimenopause pattern. We discuss all program options at the end of your consult.

A: Yes. All visits are virtual. Group calls, 1:1 visits, and wearable reviews happen online so you can join from home, work, or a quiet parked car.

A: Yes, when they are safe and appropriate. I use bioidentical hormone therapy, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and occasionally medications such as GLP 1s. These are never one size fits all or “weight loss shots only.” They are used inside a full care plan that respects your nervous system, mental health, and long term goals.

A: I am an out of network, cash pay physician. That means you pay directly for visits and programs, and I do not bill insurance. Some women use health savings accounts or submit superbills to their insurance for possible reimbursement. I cannot guarantee coverage, but my team can provide itemized receipts when appropriate.

The current healthcare system spends an enormous amount of money on administrative layers. That is part of why office visits are often 7–15 minutes and centered on a prescription or referral instead of a full conversation.

To practice in a different way, I stepped outside that system. Direct pay lets me:

  • Spend 90 minutes with you at the start
  • Review your history, sleep data, and labs in detail
  • Design a clear plan instead of chasing quick fixes

It is a different model than traditional insurance based care. Some women use their insurance for standard care and work with me as their specialist guide for menopause sleep and metabolic support.

A: That is exactly why many women find me. Normal ranges do not always match real life experience. We look at your labs through a menopause and nervous system lens, plus your sleep data, not in isolation.

A: For Group Coaching, wearables are optional. For VIP and Concierge, they are part of the program, but we set them up in a way that feels grounding, not obsessive.
