Menopause Education and Support
When You’re Not Ready or Not Eligible for Medical Care
You deserve clarity even if you are outside my licensed states, not ready for a medical consult, or simply trying to understand what your body is doing.
I provide medical care only to patients physically located in Texas and Ohio. This space exists so no woman is left without support.
What Makes This Community Different
Many of the women I serve arrive here after years of being dismissed.
- They were told their labs were “normal.”
- That their symptoms were “just stress.”
- Struggling with intimacy, burnout, or feeling like your body isn’t your own?
- That they were “too sensitive
- “too anxious,” or “overthinking it.”
This is especially true for:
Research calls this cumulative physiological burden allostatic load, often described through the weathering hypothesis introduced by Dr. Arline Geronimus. Over time, chronic stress, bias, and unmet needs change how the body regulates sleep, hormones, metabolism, and resilience.
- Neurodivergent women whose nervous systems process the world differently
- Black women and other marginalized women carrying chronic allostatic load
- Women whose bodies have been shaped by decades of high responsibility, masking, and emotional labor
This educational space exists so you can begin understanding those patterns without being rushed, minimized, or pathologized.
Menopause does not create these patterns. It reveals them.
Who This Educational Pathway Is For
This pathway is for you if:
- You live outside Texas or Ohio and cannot yet receive clinical care with me
- You want clear, physiology-based education about perimenopause and menopause
- You are neurodivergent, sensory-sensitive, or feel easily overwhelmed by medical systems
- You want to understand your sleep, energy, weight, mood, and stress patterns
- You are not looking for quick fixes or influencer-style advice
This space is educational, not diagnostic.
It is designed to help you understand your body and advocate for yourself wherever you receive care.

Menopause Sleep Quiz
Start by Understanding Your Sleep Pattern
Sleep disruption is one of the earliest and loudest signals of perimenopause and menopause.
The Sleep Pattern Decoder™ Quiz helps you identify which pattern may be driving your symptoms, including:
- Hormone-driven disruption
- Cortisol and stress-related hyperarousal
- Metabolic instability
- Nervous-system-based sleep fragmentation
This quiz is educational.
It does not diagnose.
It helps you name what you’re experiencing so you can choose the right next step.
Explore Your Labs for Educational Insight
Some women want language.
Others Want Data
Many want both.
These labs are not required to participate in any educational program here.
They are optional, and they exist to support understanding, not diagnosis.
The panels offered are designed to explore patterns commonly affected during perimenopause and menopause, including sleep disruption, stress physiology, metabolic shifts, and hormone signaling.
Here’s what’s important to know:
- These labs are educational, not diagnostic
- They do not establish a medical diagnosis or treatment plan
- Orders are reviewed and approved by a national physician network
- Results are sent directly to you, for your records and learning
Many women use this information to:
- Better understand what their body may be responding to
- Ask more informed questions with their local clinician
- Feel less dismissed when symptoms don’t fit neatly into “normal” ranges
There is no pressure to order labs here.
No one is “behind” if they don’t.
If and when you’re ready, this is simply a door you’re welcome to open.
Why I Created This Space
I’m Dr. Stacey Denise — The Neuroaesthetic MD™.
I’m a surgeon turned lifestyle medicine physician.
I’m a Black woman who grew up navigating medical dismissal from both sides of the table.
I’m trauma-aware because I’ve lived through trauma.
I’m culturally conscious because the body remembers what the world erases.
And I’m here because midlife women — especially Black, autistic, sensitive women — deserve care that listens deeper than symptoms.
I built the Auntie Menopause Circle because too many women come to me whispering the same thing:
“No one ever explained this to me.
No one told me it could feel like this.
No one told me I wasn’t alone.”
Here, you are not alone.
Here, you are not disappearing.
Here, your nervous system gets to breathe.
I’m Dr. Stacey Denise, The Neuroaesthetic MD.
If You’re Hoping for Clinical Care
If you live outside Texas or Ohio,
you are not being turned away.
This educational pathway exists so that when clinical care becomes available to you, you arrive informed, grounded, and already connected to your body’s story.
As additional state licenses open, opportunities for medical care will expand.
Until then, you are welcome here.
COMMONE QUESTIONS
A. No. This is educational support only.
A: Yes. This space is specifically designed for women nationwide and internationally.
A: Yes. Many women join while symptoms are subtle or confusing.
A: Not directly. This is educational support, not medical treatment. If you're in TX or OH and want clinical care, book a discovery call separately. Otherwise, this community complements your existing care.
A:
Educational programs and resources are designed to help you understand what may be happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause. They do not include medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.
If you are physically located in Texas or Ohio and become a patient under my medical care, prescriptions and medical treatment may be discussed during a clinical consult.
A:
Educational lab testing is available nationwide.
Through my Educational LabShop, you may order physician-approved laboratory panels that help you see patterns related to sleep, hormones, metabolism, and stress physiology.
These labs are:
- Educational, not diagnostic
- Reviewed and approved by a national physician network
- Provided directly to you for your records
Many women use these results to:
- Better understand their menopausal symptoms
- Advocate for themselves with their local doctor
- Ask more informed questions during medical visits
A:
That depends on your location and care status.
- If you are not a patient under my medical care, I do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment based on lab results.
- If you are an established patient in Texas or Ohio, lab interpretation and clinical recommendations may be provided as part of your medical care.
Educational lab results are intended to support understanding and self-advocacy, not replace care from a licensed clinician.
A:
Many women are told their labs are “normal” despite persistent symptoms.
Educational lab testing can help:
- Reveal trends that standard panels often miss
- Give language to symptoms that have been dismissed
- Support more productive conversations with healthcare providers
Data does not replace care — but it can restore agency.
