Menopause Sleep & Weight Management Support

Telehealth care for women in Texas and Ohio whose sleep, weight, and energy no longer make sense.

Perimenopause is not “just stress.” It is a nervous system and hormone shift that can wreck your sleep, change your body, and drain your capacity. I provide longer visits, lab informed care, and sensory aware support so you can understand what is happening and follow a plan that actually fits your life.

Virtual visits only for residents of Texas and Ohio.

Before we heal, we regulate. Before we rise, we rest. In perimenopause, beauty is where we begin.

WHO I SERVE

Women who work with me are usually saying things like…

If you recognize yourself in a few of these, you are in the right place.

  • “I wake up between 2 and 4 a.m. most nights and still have to show up at 100 percent for work and family.”
  • “My labs keep coming back ‘normal,’ but I feel anything but normal.”
  • “My weight changed with perimenopause, especially around my belly, and nothing I used to do is working.”
  • “I feel flat or numb one day and wired the next, like my nervous system does not have a middle ground.”
  • “I am sensitive to noise, light, or conflict, and it feels worse as my hormones shift.”
  • “I take care of everyone else, and I am tired of squeezing my own health into the margins.”

You do not have to be perfectly sure whether it is “menopause” or “neurodivergence” or “stress.” We will sort that out together.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

How this works, start to finish

You may be exhausted, foggy, and “holding it together” for everyone else, but inside you know your body is asking for more than quick tips and sleeping pills. This page walks you through the path we take together:

  1. A detailed Menopause Deep Dive consult.
  2. A focused 12 week program for sleep or weight, tailored to your pattern.
  3. Clear options for long-term support if you want a doctor who stays in your corner.

Everything begins with Step 1.

Step 1

Deep‑Dive Consult

You are not dramatic. You are not imagining things. Your hormones are recalibrating and your nervous system is speaking up. This 90 minute telehealth visit is for women in perimenopause or menopause who want a thorough look at what is going on, not another “your labs are normal.”

  • For women in Texas and Ohio who are waking between 2 and 4 a.m., gaining weight around the middle, feeling flat or overwhelmed, and getting mixed messages from their doctors.
  • 90 minute visit that includes a full history, sleep and stress pattern review, medication and supplement review, and a menopause focused hormone and metabolic risk screen.
  • Personalized, written action plan that explains what may be driving your symptoms and what to do next, including labs if needed.
  • Thirty days of follow up guidance in the portal so you are not left alone to “figure it out.”

Your $650 consult fee can be applied to any clinical program if you choose to continue care.

Step 2

Choose your core program

After your Deep Dive visit, we will decide together where your body needs the most support. Some women need to rebuild sleep first. Others need to focus on insulin, weight changes, and energy. Both paths are gentle, structured, and designed for women who are sensitive to pressure and overwhelm.

Our Core Clinical Programs

Black woman in her 50s resting peacefully, representing the Perimenopause Deep Sleep Method program

The Perimenopause Deep Sleep Method™ Program

A 12 week medical program for women who are waking in the middle of the night, running on fumes by day, and feel like their nervous system never shuts off. We work on calming your nervous system, stabilizing sleep rhythms, addressing hot flash nights, and creating simple evening rituals your body can trust.

The Perimenopause Weight Release Method™ Program

A 12 week metabolic reset for women dealing with menopause belly, insulin resistance, and weight that no longer responds to what “used to work.” We combine labs, nervous system aware nutrition, movement you can actually keep up with, and medication options, including GLP-1 support when appropriate.

FAQ Section

A: I work with women in perimenopause and menopause who are struggling with sleep, weight changes, brain fog, and emotional overload. Many of my patients are high achieving, sensitive, or late diagnosed autistic or ADHD. You do not have to wear any label to be welcome here. If your body feels “off” and you have not felt fully heard in other clinics, this care is for you.

A: Yes, when they are safe and appropriate. I use bioidentical hormone therapy, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and occasionally medications such as GLP 1s. These are never one size fits all or “weight loss shots only.” They are used inside a full care plan that respects your nervous system, mental health, and long term goals.

A: I am an out of network, cash pay physician. That means you pay directly for visits and programs, and I do not bill insurance. Some women use health savings accounts or submit superbills to their insurance for possible reimbursement. I cannot guarantee coverage, but my team can provide itemized receipts when appropriate.

A: No. The 90 minute Menopause Deep Dive Consult stands on its own. You will leave with a written action plan and clear next steps. At the end of the visit, we will talk through whether a 12 week program or a Year of Concierge Care makes sense for you. You are always free to take the plan back to your local doctor instead.

A: Yes. All visits are virtual telehealth visits. You can join from home, work, or a quiet space where you feel comfortable. If labs or imaging are needed, we arrange in person testing through local partners near you.

A: Yes. That is built in.

A: I currently provide medical care by telehealth for women who are physically located in Texas or Ohio at the time of their visit. If you live in another state, you can still access my educational lab shop, podcast, and future courses, but I cannot diagnose or prescribe for you yet.

A: No. We can use simple logs.

Ready to start sleeping and feeling like yourself again?

You do not have to solve all of menopause in one visit.

The next right step is simple. We meet for a 90 minute Deep Dive, map what your body is doing, and choose a plan that matches your capacity, not someone else’s checklist.
